ANNUAL
MEETING PROCEDURES
The Board
of Directors election will be held on March 10, 2010. Documents will be mailed to your home.
Please read ALL correspondence mailed to your home, as these are the procedures
we will be using. The website is for reminder purposes only.

All
members will be allowed into the meeting.
-
Only
members in good standing will receive a ballot and be
allowed to vote and count towards the quorum.
Members will check in at the door, and the above will be verified at
that time.
-
No
checks will be accepted to satisfy monies owed to the association on the
night of the meeting. All funds owed
to the association will be recorded in the office no later than
March 8, 2010
at
5:00 p.m.
for proper credit to your account.
Good standing goes towards any monies owed including dues, special
assessments, covenant fines, lien fees and/or water fines.

Votes
will be counted as well as proxies that evening but will also be recounted
at the Management Company office within 48 hours to confirm validity if need
be. This may not be necessary; but in
case there is an issue that comes up, the Board of Directors reserves the
right to delay an official announcement of the newly elected Board members.

YOU BE UNABLE TO ATTEND, PLEASE SIGN AND RETURN YOUR PROXY (mailed to your home)
TO HOMEOWNERS CONCERNS OR GIVE YOUR
PROXY TO A MEMBER THAT WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE.
