Meter Readings: Due MONTHLY
The Board of Directors and Homeowners Concerns would like to remind you that your “In-House” meter readings must be sent to Homeowners Concerns by the first of each month. This information is sent to the Colorado Water Board each month and is required in order to keep the irrigation water turned on for the Association each year. The Board realizes that you purchased your home during 2010 and may not realize the importance of sending in these monthly readings.The inaction of a few homeowners can jeopardize the availability of this water for all homeowners within the Association. Therefore, those homeowners that are not diligent in reporting their “In-House” readings will have their irrigation systems locked off and will not be able to use the irrigation water until the Board authorizes removal of this lock.Please submit your reading to Homeowner's Concerns by the 1st of every month. The form to report your MONTHLY usage can be found on the 'Forms' tab.

Line Breaks & LeaksIf you notice a leak or an unusual amount of water please report it immediately to Homeowners Concerns or a member of the Water Committee or Board Member.
