HOA ANNUAL MEETING MARCH 14TH. We need you to attend to vote for the open Board of Director positions. If you are interested or know anyone interested, please consider serving your community by getting on the Board of Directors. Many of the current and previous board members have served multiple terms in helping to make the Box Elder community a great place to live. Having new board members brings fresh ideas and a renewed energy and direction to the community. If you are not able to attend, please give your proxy (mailed to you in February) to someone who will be in the attendance for the upcoming annual meeting. This is important to establish a quorum so that business can be conducted. Should you be unable to give your proxy to someone, please mail it to Homeowners Concerns indicating on the proxy who is to vote for you. Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated. If you are interested or need more information, please contact Homeowners Concerns, 303-450-0910 by March 14, 2012. Other agenda items include; budget ratification and water information. Also, if there is anyone interested in taking over the website, let it be known. Hope to see you all there!
